摘要
我们在关注教师群体发展的同时往往忽略了教师自身的发展,这在一定程度上阻碍了教师教学自主能力的提高。从教学自主的概念出发,分析影响教师教学自主能力的因素的同时,探究提高大学英语教师教学自主能力的途径。
We have paid much more attention on teacher group ’ s development , but often neglect their professional develop-ment, which holds back the improvement of teaching autonomy .Based on the definition of teaching autonomy , this paper aims to probe into the factors preventing college English teachers ’ autonomy , as well as the ways to improve the teaching autonomy of the college English teachers .
