布地奈德福莫特罗干粉吸入联合孟鲁斯特治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效

Clinical effect of budesonide/formoterol combined with montelukast on cough after infection

目的分析布地奈德福莫特罗于粉吸入剂联合孟鲁斯特治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效及不良反应。方法连续选取2014年1～12月煤炭总医院就诊的感染后咳嗽患者，共86例，按照就诊顺序随机分为A组（基础治疗）、B组（布地奈德福莫特罗干粉吸入剂＋孟鲁斯特）和C组（孟鲁斯特）组，各组分别纳入28例、30例和28例。结果治疗后3组患者的咳嗽积分均低于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。其中，B组积分低于A组和C组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。B组总有效率达100％、C组总有效率达89．3％，高于A组的53．6％，差异有统计学意义。B组效果最佳，且无严重不良反应发生。结论布地奈德福莫特罗干粉吸入剂联合孟鲁斯特治疗感染后咳嗽，可更好的降低咳嗽积分、提高症状改善率，未出现严重不良反应。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of budesonide/formoterol combined with montelukast on cough after infection. Methods From January 2014 to December 2014,86 patients with cough after infection in our hospital were randomly divided into A （28 cases）,B （30 cases） and C （28 cases） group. Patients in group A were given normal treatment, group B were given budesonide/ formoterol combined with montelukast, group C were given montelukast, all groups were treated until 2 weeks or cough relieved. Clinical effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results The cough scores were decreased when compared with the baseline scores in all 3 groups （ P 〈0.05）. The cough score in group B was lower than that in group A and group C. The total effective rates group ]3 and C were 100% and 89.3%, which were significantly higher than group A. group B had the best effect among 3 groups. No serious adverse reactions occurred in groups B and C. Conclusions Budesonide/formoterol combined with montelukast had a good effect on cough scores and effective rates, which can effectively relieve cough symptoms without serious adverse reactions.
