'Transforming Function, Improving Performance and Accelerating the Construction of a New Pattern on Special Equipment Safety' Speak on National Special Equipment Safety Supervision Function Transformation Work Conference

本文是质检总局特种设备局宋继红局长在2015年8月召开的"全国特种设备职能转变工作座谈会"上的讲话,简要通报了当前特种设备安全与节能监管"三大战役"的总体推进情况,重点介绍了特种设备安全与节能监管改革的顶层设计方案(包括:总体思路和主要内容),部署并强调了下半年重点工作和改革举措的5个方面任务。

The director Song Jihong, from the Special Equipment Safety Supervision Bureau of General Administration, Inspection and Quarantion of the People＇s Republic of China, gave a speech on ＇National Special Equipment Safety Supervision Function Transformation Work Conference＇ in August 2015. In the meeting, overall advance situation of the current special equipment safety and energy regulation called ＇three battles＇ was briefed, the top-level design of special equipment safety and energy regulation reform including general idea and main content was introduced emphatically, meanwhile, 5 aspects of reform measure and deployment of the second half of 2015 priorities was given lastly.
