摘要
对现有的长输管道焊接工艺评定进行了对比分析,认为SY/T 4103《钢质管道焊接及验收》中的焊接工艺评定不能完全适用于长输管道工程,采用NB/T 47014《承压设备焊接工艺评定》能够较好地满足线路施工也同时能满足场站工艺管道施工的需求。
With analysis of welding procedure qualification standard for long distance gas transmission pipeline, it is found that SY/T 4103 is unsuitable for the long distance gas transmission pipeline, and it is considered that the NB/T 47014 is not only conform to gas transmission pipeline engineering but also to process line.
