概述了聚乙烯燃气管道用热熔焊机和电熔焊机质量及其控制现状,结合焊机性能检验和质量检查的实践与结果,分析了目前焊机质量存在的主要问题和原因,探讨了质量控制模式,通过完善产品标准、制定检验标准和开展型式检验和定期检验,有效地确保焊机质量的控制和焊接工艺参数的执行,从而保障焊口焊接质量。
The quality status of both butt-fusion welding machines and electro-fusion welding machines for polyethylene gas pipes and its control was summarized. Combining with the practice and the result of their performance testing and quality inspection, the main problems and the reason of machines＇ quality were analyzed. And the quality control mode was discussed, that perfecting the product standards, setting inspection standards and conducting type inspection and regular inspection would effectively ensure the quality control of welding machine and implementation of welding process parameters, to ensure quality of welding joints.
