摘要 针对一起有机热载体锅炉介质泄漏事故,通过事故现场检查、破口宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相分析、介质化验分析阐述了有机热载体锅炉泄漏事故的起因。分析认为,由于运行管理不善、辅助装置选型不当、自动控制和保护装置失灵,导致介质严重过热裂解和变质,进而管壁超温过热,最终造成泄漏事故。结合锅炉检验方面的工作经验,提出了有机热载体锅炉安全使用的建议以及相关措施,对其安全管理具有参考意义。 Aiming at an organic heat carrier boiler medium leakage accident, the cause of the accident was discussed and analyzed by field examining of the accident, crevasse macroscopic inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis and medium laboratory analysis. The cause of this accident was considered as the operation of mismanagement, improper selection of auxiliary device, automatic control and protection device malfunction, resulting in serious overheating medium cracking and deteriorating, and the wall temperature of overheating, eventually leading to leakage accident. Combining with the work experience of boiler inspection, the suggestion and related measures for organic heat carrier boiler safety were put forward, which had the reference significance to the safety management.
