神经外科锁孔手术治疗颅内肿瘤的临床效果观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨采用神经外科锁孔手术治疗颅内肿瘤的临床效果。方法选择在我院接受治疗的48例颅内肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组24例,对照组行常规骨瓣开颅手术,观察组行神经外科锁孔手术,观察两种治疗方案的临床疗效。结果对照组平均手术时间(58.62±7.27)min,手术过程中出血量(201.93±6.08)mL;观察组平均手术时间(49.79±6.50)min,手术过程中出血量(397.82±9.16)mL;组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅内肿瘤患者使用神经外科锁孔手术效果显著,患者康复快,值得应用。
