摘要
针对飞机装配系统的建模描述、分析诊断等管理问题,提出一种将多域集成概念与Petri网相结合的建模方法。阐述了多域集成Petri网模型的概念以及各个领域网模型的要素表达。给出多域集成Petri网的具体建模步骤,构建了装配资源系统各领域的形式化表达模型,从多角度集成描述了装配系统的组成元素、静态结构与基本属性,基于表达模型分析了系统相应领域的行为性能。以某型号客机装配系统为例论述了多域集成Petri网模型的有效性与可行性。
For the management problems such as modeling description and analysis diagnosis in aircraft assembly system, a modeling method by combining multi-domain integrated conception with Petri nets was proposed. The concept of Multi-do- main Integrated Model Petri Net (MIMPN) model and the element expression of each domain's PN model were discussed. The specific modeling procedures of MIMPN model was given, and the formal representation model of assembly resource system in each domain was build. The composition elements, static structure and basic attribute of aircraft assembly system were described from multiple aspects, and the behavior performance of assembly system in corresponding field was analyzed based on representation model. A certain type of aircraft assembly system was taken as an example to discuss the effective- ness and feasibility of MIMPN model.
