国际EPC项目设计管理的内容及影响因素

The contents and influence factors of design management of international EPC project

设计环节作为EPC项目的“龙头”,是连接工程施工和设备物资采购的纽带,设计先行可有利于指导后续相关设备采购和土建施工等工作,因此有效的组织和开展设计管理工作对实践国际EPC项目具有非常重要的意义。本文结合国际EPC项目设计管理工作的特点,对国际EPC项目设计管理工作的内容及建议进行阐述和分析,总结了国际EPC项目设计管理的影响因素,并提出若干建议解决措施。

Design link, as the "Long Tou" of EPC project, can be the connection between engineering construction and equipment and material procurement, and designing firstly is helpful for conducting procurement and construction etc., so organizing and managing design management practice effectively has very important significance for carrying out international EPC project. This paper combines characteristics of design management practice of international EPC project, then states and analysis its contents and some suggestions, summarizes its infinenee faetors, at last proposes some solutions.
