摘要
合同是联系项目业主和建筑施工企业的纽带,合同管理作为工程项目管理的核心,在维护企业合法权益,提高企业经济效益等方面的作用非常重要。本文在分析建筑施工企业合同管理工作现状的基础上,提出了加强合同管理工作的对策。
