摘要
在Pro/E环境下,进行了某四驱轮毂电机电动汽车的结构参数化设计,主要包括承载式车身和底盘系统结构的设计。在设计过程中,有效利用了Pro/E软件强大的三维参数化功能,对车架、转向系统、轮毂电机、踏板传感器、仪表盘、逆变器、蓄电池和驱动器等零部件进行了设计并建立了它们之间的参数关系,最后在组件环境下将各零件进行装配,完成了四驱轮毂电机电动汽车结构的设计,样车试制结果和效果表明,采用三维参数化设计技术大大缩减了电动汽车的设计周期。
The electric vehicle parametric structure design of four-wheel drive wheel hub motor is carried out in Pro/E software environment. The powerful three dimension function of Pro/E software is fully con- sidered. The geometric parameters of carriage, steering system, wheel hub motor, pedal sensor, instruments panel, and inverter were designed. Each component was assembled in software environment, and the electric vehicle parametric structure design of four-wheel drive wheel hub motor was finished. The prototype test results show that parametric design can effectively shorten the product design period.
