二氧化钒薄膜制备方法和热致相变性质的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 二氧化钒作为一种极具应用潜力的功能材料,在智能窗、抗激光辐射以及温控开关等许多领域发挥着非常重要的作用.本文阐述了二氧化钒的结构和相变特性,综述了二氧化钒薄膜制备工艺和热致相变性质的研究进展,最后对其应用前景进行展望. As one of the most promising functional material, vanadium dioxide plays an important role in many fields, such as smart windows, anti -laser radiation and temperature switches. This article elaborates the structure and phase transition properties of vanadium dioxide, reviews the research progress of vanadium dioxide thin film preparation process and thermochromic properties. At last, the application prospects of vanadium dioxide thin film are described.
