摘要
介绍了一种基于项目管理的车辆装备中修设计.首先构建中修项目管理框架,确立车辆装备中修项目管理过程的4个阶段:启动阶段、计划阶段、实施阶段和收尾阶段.以某军区运用项目管理理论组织车辆中修为实例,按照项目启动、计划、实施、收尾的流程,制定车辆中修计划,综合运用多种项目管理方法对维修进度、维修资源、维修质量进行监控,确保中修任务按计划实施完成,最后构建车辆装备中修项目成效评价指标体系.通过和往年中修情况对比,对运用项目管理的成果进行分析,表明项目管理应用行之有效.
A kind of vehicle equipment medium maintenance based on project management is presented Firstly the project management knowledge framework of vehicle medium maintenance is buih and the process of project management of vehicle medium maintenance including 4 stages is set. They are starting stage, planning stage, implement stage and ending stage. For the example of vehicle equipment medium mainte- nance of some military area commands, according to the 4 stages, the plan of vehicle equipment medium ma- intenance is made. Combining with variety and relevance, the goal effects index system of vehicle equipment medium maintenance is built based on maintenance cost, maintenance process, maintenance quality and ma- intenance evaluation. Finally, comparing with the medium maintenance quality of former years, by analyzing the achievement of project management, it shows that the application of project management is effective.
