In this paper, we first introduced the connotation of the integration of the transportation and logistics resources and the necessity for the integration of the transportation and logistics resources in Zhengzhou, next analyzed the fundamental advantage of Zhengzhou in this respect, and at the end, proposed the measures to accelerate the integration of the transportation and logistics resources in Zhengzhou.
