基于EIQ-ABC模型的仓库管理优化—以H商场配送中心仓库管理优化为例

Warehouse Management Optimization Based on EIQ-ABC Model:In the Case of Distribution Center Warehouse of Mall H

针对如何科学利用仓库和保持库存的问题,以泸州市H电器商场为例,对其仓库库存及布局中的不合理现象及其原因进行了分析,运用EIQ指导ABC分类法对商场的配送中心从库存和布局两方面进行整体优化,以指导其加强自身管理和减少库存成本。

In this paper, in view of the problem as to how to scientifically use the warehouse resources and keep inventory and in the ease of the electrical appliance shopping mall H in Luzhou, we analyzed the inefficient phenomena in the inventory system and layout of the warehouse before exploring the causes, and then applied the EIP- ABC process to the overall optimization and redesign of the inventory structure and layout of the distribution center.
