出版行业供应链合作模式与孤立模式的比较

Study on Comparison of Supply Chain Cooperation and Isolation Modes in Publishing Industry

针对我国传统出版供应链中存在的供应链各节点信息不畅、牛鞭效应明显、市场适应性差等问题,对供应链的两种模式—合作模式和孤立模式—进行了比较证明,得出合作模式的最优解才能使整个供应链达到最优。最后对该证明的局限性做了说明,并给出了后续的研究方向。

In this paper, in view of the problems in the traditional publication supply chain in China,we compared the two modes of the publication supply chain, namely the cooperation mode and the isolation mode, finding that only the optimal solution of the cooperation mode could optimize the entire supply chain, and at the end, illustrated the limitation of the findings and pointed out the direction for future studies.
