基于SD的食用油料生产流通多级库存管理模式研究

Study on SD-based Multi-level Inventory Management Model in Production and Circulation of Edible Oil

采用系统动力学方法,运用VENSIM仿真软件,以山东某食用油生产企业的供应链为例,构建了食用油生产流通环节的多级库存控制供应链模型,并对其进行了系统仿真,通过对现有库存控制模式和VMI模式进行对比,并对个别参数进行灵敏度分析,揭示了现行库存控制模式的弊端。最后,根据仿真结果给出库存控制的优化建议,为降低供应链中多级库存的牛鞭效应以及由于库存波动而产生的风险提供技术支持。

In this paper, using the system dynamics process and the VENSIM software and in the case of a certain edible oil producer in Shandong, we built the multi-echelon inventory control model for the production and circulation links of the edible oil and then simulated the model using VENSIM. Next through comparing it with the VMI mode we carried out the sensitive analysis of some of the parameters, uncovered the shortcomings of the current inventory control mode, and at the end gave the corresponding suggestions for optimization.
