摘要
对四川商务职业学院物流管理专业课程的学生成绩进行了因子分析与聚类分析。因子分析证明了物流基础、国际物流、供应链管理、岗位核心能力实操、经济学基础、办公文秘及综合运用实训7个公因子对学生知识和能力的培养与物流管理专业人才培养方案培养目标基本一致;聚类分析反映了专业课程体系中课程相关性关系及部分课程关系的错位,并由此提出修改(或重新制定)人才培养方案的一些建议。
In this paper, we had a factor analysis and cluster analysis on the student performance with regard to the logistics management specialty courses in Sichuan Vocational College of Commerce, among which, the result of the factor analysis proved that the seven common factors which were logistics foundation, international logistics, supply chain management, core post competence practical operation, economics foundation, office secretarial skill and comprehensive applied training were basically consistent with the objectives of the objective of the talent cultivation plan of the logistics management specialty; and the result of the cluster analysis showed that some of the courses of the specialty were misl^laced in the specialty curricular system, and at the end, proposed accordingly the suggestions to modify (or revise) the talent cultivation plan of the specialty.
