原位力学测量仪测试参数修正算法

摘要 从试件夹持变形、机体加载变形和同轴度三方面分析各个因素对拉伸测试结果参数的影响量,以试件夹持变形和机体加载变形的修正理论建立了整体的修正算法公式,求出了算法公式的修正系数值。使用典型材料进行拉伸力学试验,经算法修正后得到材料的弹性模量值,与标准试样相差均在5%范围以内,验证了本修正算法的合理性和可靠性。本研究为其它相似结构的测量仪器建立修正算法公式提供了可参考的方法。 This article analyzed the effects of parameters on the tension test results in three factors of the specimen clamping deformation, the machine stress deformation and spindle concentricity. The overall parameter correction formula is established on the base of the amendment algorithm of the specimen clamping deformation and the machine stress deformation, and the correction co- efficient of the algorithm formula is calculated. Elastic modulus of the material is corrected via correction algorithm, and has difference within 5% in comparison with the standard sample, after tensile mechanical test is performed by using typical materials, which verifies the rationality and reliability of the algorithm. This study provides reference for other measuring instnnnents with similar structure when they need to establish correction algorithm.
