樟脑酚与氢氧化钙治疗慢性牙髓炎的临床疗效对比 被引量:19

摘要 目的对比樟脑酚与氢氧化钙治疗慢性牙髓炎的疗效及安全性。方法选取慢性牙髓炎行根管治疗患者118例,患牙146颗,按随机数字表法分为对照组59例、患牙74颗和观察组59例、患牙72颗。两组患者均预备根管,对照组患者采用樟脑酚填充,观察组患者采用氢氧化钙填充。随访1个月。结果两组患者治疗后患牙疼痛及活动度评分均有明显降低,且观察组患者降低程度更明显(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛缓解时间为(9.62±3.36)h,显著短于对照组的(18.39±4.53)h(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率为84.72%,显著高于对照组的75.68%(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论氢氧化钙根管内封药治疗慢性牙髓炎,短期疗效确切,能快速缓解疼痛,改善患牙活动度,远期疗效更好,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广。 Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of camphor phenol ( CP ) and calcium hydroxide in treating chronic pulpitis. Methods 118 cases of chronic pulpitis patients,totally 146 teeth,were selected and randomly divided into the control group(59 cases, 74 teeth)and the observation group(59 cases,72 teeth). The two groups were given root canal preparation,the control group was treat-ed with CP filling,the observation group was treated with calcium hydroxide filling. The two groups were followed up for 1 month. Results The dental pain and teeth mobility degree of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment,and the observation group decreased more than the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05);the pain relieving time of the observation group was (9. 62 ± 3. 36)h,which was significantly shorter than (18. 39 ± 4. 53) h of the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 84. 72%,which was significantly higher than 75. 68% of the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control groupwas significantly higher than the observed group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The root calcium hydroxide intracanal medication in treating chronic pulpitis has exact clinical efficacy in short term,can relieve pain instantly,improve the teeth mobility degree, and has a better long term efficacy with less adverse reactions,and is worth of clinical promotion.
