摘要
"减负令"下低年级小学生品德培育的机遇与挑战并存。学生自我认知的不足、家长传统观念的作祟、学校应试教育的束缚是"减负令"下低年级小学生品德培育进展缓慢的主要原因。以优化评价机制为副线、以推进学生自我发展为主线是"减负令"下低年级小学生品德培育的重要策略,以推进唯分数论向德育综合评价的转变,重点落实培育低年级小学生自强自立、孝敬父母、自主学习和自我反思四大优良品德。
With the "Order of Burden Alleviation", the moral cultivation of lower grade primary students is facing chances and challenges. The students' insufficient self-cognition, parents' traditional concept on education, the test-oriented education of the school are major reasons. Optimizing the assessment mechanism, promoting students' self-development are the important strategies of primary students, so as to transform from score-based assessment to comprehensive moral assessment, and put emphasis on the four aspects: independence, being filial to parents, au- tonomous learning and self-reflection.
