摘要
作为教师事业未来发展主力军的实习教师言语行为问题值得关注。从生态教育视角来看,小学英语实习教师可通过构建生活话语观、活化课堂话语内容、顺应学生认知方式、增强反馈行为的针对性等发展性言语行为策略来提高其课堂言语行为的有效性,促使小学生态化英语课堂教学的优化,为今后的教师专业发展奠定基础。
The speech acts of the practice teachers, the main force of future development of teaching career, de- serves attention. From the perspective of ecological education, the practice teachers in primary English class can con- struct conception of life discourse, activate classroom discourse content, and conform to the students' cognitive styles to enhance the relevant feedback behavior, in order to improve the effectiveness of their speech acts, optimize their speech acts in English ecological classroom teaching and lay the foundation for the teachers' professional development in the future.
