摘要
高校、地方政府、小学"三位一体"协同培养卓越农村小学教师机制,应遵循"三位一体,订单式"协同培养模式,共同制定培养目标,共同建构课程体系,共同参与教学过程,才能提高农村小学教师培养的针对性和实效性。
The integration of college, local government and primary school, a mechanism of cooperative cultiva- tion of excellent rural primary school teachers, should follow the "Trinity and Order Form". The three parties should work together in setting cultivation goals, constructing curricula system and participating in teaching process, so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness in the cultivation of rural primary school teachers.
