摘要
志愿者在高校经过几年大发展后开始面临瓶颈,很多志愿服务还停留在运动式的承担突击任务的层面。高校共青团必须搞清楚志愿服务的内在机理,尊重志愿者的本来面目,把握志愿服务的内在规律,从而将志愿者工作合理、有效地纳入到共青团的工作领域之内,以寻求高校志愿者工作新的突破。
After several years＇ development, volunteering work is facing great challenges. Many volunteering ser- vice only performs as ＂rescue team＂ in emergent situation. The Communist Youth League should explore the inner mechanism of volunteering work, respect the original nature of the volunteers, graspe the inner rules of the work, so as to make the work reasonable and effective, trying to seek breakthrough in colleges and universities.
