摘要
国内越来越多的高校建立了校企合作实训基地或者创新实验室,实时与企业保持亲密联系。本文对基于校企合作的软件创新实验室建设进行探讨,分析了目前基于校企合作的创新实验室建设的必要性,结合我校的经验探讨了校企合作建设创新实验室的模式,如通过校企合作提高实验室硬件条件,优化和完善人才培养方案和教学计划,提供师资队伍等,为促进产学研结合以及成果转化,创新实验教学模式与人才培养体系提供借鉴。
More and more domestic colleges and universities have established the school enterprise cooperation training center or innovation lab, maintained close ties with enterprises. In this paper, the construction mode of Software Innovation Lab Based on school enterprise cooperation are discussed, based on the analysis of the current necessity for construction of Innovation Laboratory of school enterprise cooperation, discussed the innovative laboratory construction mode of school enterprise cooperation, such as through school enterprise cooperation to improve the hardware condition of laboratory, the optimization and perfection of the talent training scheme and teaching plan, provide teachers, in order to promote the combination of industry and the transformation of achievements, talents training mode and system experiment teaching innovation to provide reference.
