摘要
针对新时代发展催生图书馆信息服务的新需求,提出了新时期信息服务馆员的素养要求,并对图书馆信息服务馆员队伍建设现状进行分析,针对图书馆信息服务馆员队伍建设,提出人才队伍建设的基本思路和管理机制。
Based on the development of the new age of Intemet which createsthenew demand oflibrary information service, this paper illustrates the required qualities of librarians in the age, analyses the current situation of the team construction of library information service librarian, and proposes the basic principles and management system of the talents team-building.
