卓越工程师企业学习过程的研究——以桂林电子科技大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例

Study on Enterprises Cultivation of Mechanical Outstanding Engineers

系统地对机械设计制造及其自动化专业"卓越工程师教育培养计划"企业学习过程进行了研究。从培养标准入手,对企业学习的内容、模式、考核管理等进行了探索,建立了企业学习的质量评价体系,为"卓越计划"企业学习阶段的顺利实施提供建议和参考。

This paper tries to study systematically the enterprises cultivation of ＂Plan for Education and Training Outstanding Engineers.＂ From the perspective of the training standard, this paper analyzes the content of learning, practice modes, appraisal managements, and quality evaluations are put forward in the presess in enterprise training. It is hoped to provide advice and reference for enterprise training outstanding engineers. The practice shows that the reform of enterprise internship has played a positive role in cultivating students＇ innovation ability, improving the scientific literacy, engineering practical ability, and students＇ internship enthusiasm.
