切实提升高职院校师生职业技能大赛竞争力的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Raising Teachers and Students' Competitiveness in Skills Contests for Higher Vocational Colleges

职业技能大赛是当今政、行、企、校多元良性互动的成功典范,在驱动职业院校提升办学质量方面起着非常重要的作用。为增强我院师生职业技能大赛竞争力,笔者以我院骨干高职院校建设为契机,通过对师生多年参加职业技能大赛的分析与总结,结合职业技能大赛对高职教育影响力的辩证解析,对我院科学组织职业技能大赛进行了探索与实践。力争提高我院在职业教育领域知名度的同时,使职业技能大赛更好地为培养技术技能型人才高职教育服务。

The vocational skills competition held together by government, industry, enterprise, and higher vocational school, is one of successful practices. It plays a key role in improving school quality of higher vocational school. In order to raising our teachers and students＇ competitiveness during building backbone higher vocation school, the experiences from attending skills contest in the past years are analysed in this paper. Meanwhile, some rationalization proposal for taking part in skills contests in the future are proposed after dialectical analysis of skills contests effect on vocational school are carried out. Its purpose is to enhance Brand Awareness of our institute in th field of vocation school, and make skills contest better service for training the applied talents with higher quality and technical ability.
