高职农业机械应用技术专业人才培养研究

Study on Talents Cultivation of Agricultural Machinery Major in Higher Vocational Institute

随着农机化程度的提高,农机人才的需求呈上升趋势,但农机人才的数量和生源质量却在下降。在对江苏省主要农机企业和相关地区农机部门实地调研的基础上,分析了江苏省农机发展现状、农机人才需求和高职农机专业教育现状。提出了以岗位需求为依据构建课程体系、加大农机专业师资的引进和培训力度、农机职业资格证书融入教学等适应地区发展的农机人才培养对策及建议。

With the improvement of the level of agricultural mechanization,the demand of agricultural machinery talents is on the rise,but the number and the quality of agricultural machinery talents is declining. Based on field research in the major agricultural machinery enterprises and agricultural machinery departments of related areas in jiangsu province,analyzes the current situation of the development of agricultural machinery, agricultural machinery talents demand in jiangsu province and the agricultural machinery professional education in vocational colleges. Puts forward the following measures and suggestions： establishes the curriculum system based on position requirements; intensifies agricultural machinery professional teachers introduction and training;incorporates the agricultural machinery professional qualification certificate with teaching to adapt to the regional development of agricultural machinery talents cultivation.
