案例教学法在高职城轨运营管理专业中的应用

Application of Case Teaching Method in Higher Vocational Urban Rail Transportation Operation and Management Major

案例教学法是当前职业化教育背景下的有效教学方法。本文从案例库建设、案例设计和案例的使用等三个方面,论述了如何在高职城轨运营管理专业中应用和优化案例教学法,以改进教学质量和减少城轨运营企业岗前培训成本。对于案例库建设,从资料来源和资料处理两个角度,详细阐述了案例库建设的途径和原则,以提高案例库的建设效率和质量。对于案例设计,指出了学术—技术式的认知方式在高职教育中的不足,提倡采用经验—探究式的认知方式,并给出了一些具体建议。最后,指出了案例的使用过程中应该注意的问题,给出一些参考建议。

Case teaching method （CTM） is an effective one under current professional educational background. From the aspects of construction of the case library, design of cases and use of cases, this paper discusses how to apply and optimize CTM in the higher vocational urban rail operation and management major in order for improvement of teaching quality and reduction of pre-service training cost. For construction of the case library, approaches and principles are elaborated on perspectives of data source and data processing so as to improve the efficiency and quality of construction. For design of cases, after pointing out disadvantages of the academic- technical cognitive style, this paper advocates the use of experience-exploring cognitive style and gives some specific recommendations. Finally, problems worthy of attention in use of cases are pointed out and some suggestions are proposed.
