摘要
阐述了现有屋顶保温隔热的构造措施,指出了几种屋顶隔热构造措施的不足之处。设计了新型双隔热层节能屋顶结构,并总结出其施工方法。通过建立中空层达到隔热通风的目的,且中空层可用做活动室。克服了现有屋顶隔热技术存在的隔热效果差、屋顶负载大、易滋生蝇蚊等弊端。阐明了该结构在理论上的可靠性,同时,设计了对比模拟试验,试验结果证明了该新型双隔热层节能屋顶结构的优良保温、隔热、防水性能。该结构施工简单、节约资源,符合可持续发展的要求。
The existing structural measures for adiabat and heat preservation of roof are expounded, as well as inadequacies of some structural measures. A new energy-efficient roof with double adiabat layer is designed, and its construction method is summarized. The hollow layer is formed for better ins ulating and ventilation, and also be used as activity rooms. The new roof overcomes drawbacks of the existing roof insulation technology, including the poor insulation, heavy roof load, breeding mosquitoes and flies. The paper set forth the structure theoretical reliability and designed the comparable simulation test. The test results show that this new energy-efficient roof with double adiabat layer has excellent thermal, insulation and wa- terproofing capability. The structure is easy to construct, and conserves resources, so meets requirements of sustainable development.
