寒冷地区办公建筑被动节能技术应用策略研究——以天津市城市规划设计研究院科研楼为例

通过对寒冷地区办公建筑的气候特点、性能特点、能耗特点分析,以天津市城市规划设计研究院科研楼为研究对象,结合被动节能技术应用策略研究,从建筑场地环境设计策略、调整房间布局改善室内自然通风、高侧窗、采光井、导光筒联合改善自然采光、建筑自遮阳与中空百叶可调节外遮阳等方面进行探索,为寒冷地区办公建筑被动节能技术应用提供参考经验,也为节能减排提供可借鉴的经验。

Through analyzing the characteristics of office building in cold region, this paper takes the Research Building of Tianjin Urban Planning and Design Institute as an example, researches the application strategy of the passive energy saving technologies from site planning, natural ventilation, natural lighting, and building shading. cold region, and also for energy The exploring will provide reference experience for the office building in conservation and emission reduction.
