摘要 对典型数据机房机柜内气流组织情况进行研究。以1U服务器为例,列举了6种常见的服务器排列方式,涵盖了实际生活中大部分情况,并用Phoenics对其气流组织进行数值模拟,探讨不同服务器布局对机柜冷却效果的影响。模拟结果显示了机柜内部气流组织的分布情况,当服务器采用1个或2个一组,并且中间留有空隙,均匀排列的方式,能最大程度地利用冷量,冷却效果更好。 This paper takes a typical data center as the research object, to study the distribution of airflow in the cabinet, by utilizing racks stocked with 1U servers as an example. Six different rack models covering a wide range of server arrangements are presented. Phoenics is used to investigate the airflow distribution, as well as the cooling effects of different servers' layout. The simulation results show the distribution of airfow inside the cabinet, and one server or two servers as a group with void spaces, even arrangement, can make the cooling capacity to a larger extent. Therefore, it gets better performance in cooling efficiency improvement.
