摘要 建筑节能的重要性随着城市发展和人民生活水平的提升而日益明显。对高能耗的建筑进行用能实时监测是抑制建筑能耗高增长的有效举措。通过分析广东省国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑能耗状况,参考国内外建筑能耗监测平台建设的研究和做法,提出了广东省建筑能耗监测平台建设的重点研究内容,并详细介绍了对典型建筑楼宇端监测设备安装的设计和实施,为其他建筑能耗监测平台的建设研究提供借鉴经验。 The importance of building energy efficiency with the development of city and the improvement of people's living standard is becoming more and more obvious. The high energy consumption of building energy monitoring is an effective measure to restrain the growth of building energy consumption. Through the analysis of Guangdong Province State organ office buildings' and large public buildings' energy consumption situation, and reference of domestic and foreign building energy consumption monitoring platform construction research and practice, we propose key research contents of buildings' energy consumption monitoring platform construction in Guangdong Province, and introduce the end monitoring equipment installation design and implementation for typical building in details, provides reference experience for the research on the construction of other buildings' energy consumption monitoring platform.
