自闭症谱系障碍自我刺激行为研究综述

A Review of The Self-Stimulation Behaviors in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

自我刺激行为是自闭症的常见行为之一,虽然它不一定是挑战性行为,但是严重的自我刺激行为会损害自闭症的身体,阻碍自闭症的社会性发展。通过对文献的梳理,分析自我刺激行为与挑战性行为、重复刻板行为的关系、自我刺激行为的表现形式及形成原因等,重点探讨自闭症自我刺激行为的干预策略,为今后的研究和干预提供参考。

Self-stimulation behavior is a common behavior in children with autism spectrum disorders （ASD）.It need to point out,although not all of Self-stimulation behaviors are challenge behaviors,some of them may injure children body,hinder their to acquire social skills. The present study based on the litera-ture,analyzing the relations between self-stimulation behavior and challenge behavior、stereotyped behavior, analyzing it＇s manifestations and causes etc.,to demonstrate the interventions of self-stimulation behaviors on children with ASD.
