资源异质性与动态能力对新创企业竞争优势的影响

The Effects of Resource Heterogeneity and Dynamic Capability on Competitive Advantage of New Ventures

企业能力和内部资源异质性对新创企业的生存与发展具有重要的影响。基于153份有效问卷,探究了资源异质性和动态能力对新创企业竞争优势的影响以及动态能力在资源异质性和竞争优势之间的调节效应,并利用多元回归分析方法对三者之间的关系进行了实证研究。统计分析结果表明,资源异质性和动态能力对新创企业的竞争优势具有显著的正向影响,动态能力对资源异质性和竞争优势关系的调节效应明显,也即随着企业动态能力的增强,资源异质性对竞争优势的正向作用逐渐加强。最后探讨了相关研究结论并针对新创企业提出了相应的对策。文章的贡献在于,首次从内部资源异质性角度研究了新创企业竞争优势的持续性问题,研究动态能力的调节效应也增添了对资源异质性如何作用于竞争优势边界条件的理论解释。

Resource heterogeneity and dynamic capability are crucial for the competitive advantage of new ventures. Based on 153 valid samples, this paper investigates the relationships among dynamic capability, resource heterogeneity and competitive advantage and uses multiple regression analysis to study the above relationships. The empirical study shows that dynamic capability and resource heterogeneity have positive effects on the competitive advantage of new ventures and the dynamic capability moderates the relationship bet-ween resource heterogeneity and competitive advantage, which means the more of the resource heterogeneity, the better with compe-titive advantage as the increasing of the dynamic capability. The discussion and implications are addressed for the new ventures. The contribution of the paper lies in the first study of competitive advantage of new venture in the perspective of resource heterogeneity based on the resource-based view and the theory of dynamic capability, and the study of the moderating role of dynamic capability enhance the explanation of marginal condition for the effect of resource heterogeneity on the competitive advantage.
