摘要
基于综合考虑拉伸、弯曲和扭转等变形对翘曲影响的位移函数,使用扩展拉格朗日方程,建立风力发电机复合材料翼型截面叶片的自由振动微分方程,并应用伽辽金法求解三种翼型截面叶片的固有频率,进而比较它们的自由振动特性,分析复合材料的铺层角度、截面尺寸和旋转速度等对翼型叶片的自由振动特性的影响。同时综合应用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS,三维造型软件Pro/E和前处理软件Hypermesh,计算叶片的固有频率与伽辽金法的求解结果进行对比,验证理论计算的正确性。
Based on displacement functions considering warpings caused by tensile,bending and torsion,using extended Lagrange equations,the vibration differential equations of composite wind turbine airfoil section blades were established,and solved with Galerkin method.The three kinds of airfoil section blades'free vibration characteristics were compared.The influences of composite ply angle,taper ratio and rotating speed on the free vibration charateristics of the blades were analyzed.The natural frequencies of the blades were also computed with comprehensive application of large-scale general finite element software ANSYS,Pro /E and Hypermesh.The results were compared with those of Galerkin mechod to verify the correctness of the theoretical calculations.
