摘要
以螺旋角30°新型人字齿同步带和螺旋角0°直齿为研究对象,在相同实验条件下,对新型人字齿同步带传动进行噪声和振动实验研究。结果表明:1噪声与带横向振动同初张力、带的线密度、转速和产生的轴向力有关。2新型人字齿不同于直齿同步带啮合冲击机理,比直齿同步带噪声低,最大降噪11 d B(A)。3新型人字齿比直齿同步带横向振动响应小,高速运行更平稳。4同国外螺旋角10°的斜齿和螺旋角20°的双螺旋齿同步带相比,新型人字齿同步带具有更好的降噪性能。
A double helical synchronous belt with a spiral angle of 30 °and a straight tooth synchronous belt with a spiral angle of 0°were chosen as study objects.And their transmission noise and vibration were studied under the same test conditions.The test results showed that their noise and transverse vibration are related to initial tension,belt line density,rotating speed and axial force;the double helical synchronous belt's noise level decreases by 11 dB (A) compared with that of the straight tooth synchronous belt due to their different meshing impact mechanisms;the new double helical synchronous belt has a smaller transverse vibration response and runs more stablely at a high speed;the double helical synchronous belt's noise reduction performance is better than those of the helical tooth belt with spiral angle of 10°and the double helical tooth belt with spiral angle of 20°made in foreign countries.
