萧山地区不同年龄人群中幽门螺杆菌耐药性分析 被引量：6

摘要 幽门螺杆菌（Hpylori）是胃炎和消化性溃疡的主要致病菌，Hpylori感染的根除治疗具有重要意义。目前，包含质子泵抑制剂（protonpumpinhibitor，PPI）和两种抗生素的三联疗法是最主要的治疗手段。但是随着且pylori耐药率的逐年递增，Hpylori的根除率逐渐下降；特别是在中国，在耐药率严重的许多大中城市，Hpylori根除率只有70％左右。
