摘要
通过实验室研究了钒、钛微合金化对35MnBH钢淬透性的影响,分析了V及V、Ti复合微合金化对35MnBH淬透性影响,试验结果表明采用V、Ti两种复合微合金化比单独使用V微合金化在提高钢的淬透性方面,平均提高1~4HRC,尤其在J11后的末端淬透性硬度下降明显趋缓。
The effects of microalloying V, V and Ti on hardenability of 35 MnBH steel are analyzed through studying the effects of microalloying V and Ti on hardenability of 35MnBH steel in the laboratory. The test results show that the hardenability of steel could be increased by 1 - 4 HRC on average with microalloying V and Ti compared with microalloying V, especially at the end of JH ,the hardness for hardenability decreases slowly obviously.
