摘要
参考了国内近八年来有关柠檬酸三丁酯合成用催化剂制备方法的文献,介绍了使用介孔分子筛催化剂、功能化离子液体催化剂、碳基固体酸催化剂、离子交换树脂催化剂、其它类型的催化剂的制备方法和催化剂的性能,最近几年专利公开使用的新型催化剂合成柠檬酸三丁酯的情况。指出高效率、低腐蚀性、易分离、重复性好、成本低的催化剂是今后研究发展的方向。
The research achievements were introduced about tributyl citrate synthesis catalyst preparation method nearly eight years. The use of mesoporous molecular sieve catalyst, functionalized ionic liquid catalyst, carbon-based solid acid catalysts, ion-exchange resin catalyst and other types of catalysts preparation and performance of the catalyst were described. The use of synthetic tributyl citrate situation of the new patent catalyst in recent years was disclosed. High efficiency, low resistance, easy separation, good reproducibility and low cost catalysts are the direction of research and development in the future.
