中间相沥青基碳纤维是一种高模量高性能碳纤维。以煤焦油沥青、石油沥青等为原料,阐述了中间相沥青基碳纤维的制备工艺,其主要包括调制可纺中间相沥青、沥青纺丝、氧化不熔化、碳化及石墨化四大步骤。重点介绍了中间相沥青的调制和沥青熔融纺丝过程,以及各个步骤所使用的一些技术及相应的原理。最后概括了中间相沥青基碳纤维的国内外研究发展状况和应用前景。
Mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber is a kind of high performance carbon fiber with high modulus. With coal tar pitch and petroleum pitch as raw material, the preparation technology of mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber was explained, mainly including four steps such as modulating spinning mesophase pitch, pitch spinning, oxidation stabilization, carbonization and graphitization. The modification and pitch melt spinning process were especially described, as well as some technology and relevant principles at each step. Research development status and application prospect of mesophase pitch based carbon fiber at home and abroad were summarized.
