摘要 生物丁醇是当今世界可再生生物能源的研究热点之一,由于终产物丁醇的抑制作用限制了发酵生产中丁醇的产量。本文主要介绍采用吸附法、液液萃取技术、汽提法和渗透汽化技术在发酵过程提取丁醇以降低抑制作用的研究进展,对各种技术的优缺点和目前遇到的研究难题作一综述,并对丁醇分离耦合发酵技术发展方向进行了展望。 Biobutanol is one of the research hotspots in the field of renewable bioenergy. The yield of butanol is inhibited by butanol itself during fermentation. In this text, the techniques of adsorption, liquid-liquid extraction, gas stripping and pervaporation were introduced, which can extract butanol during fermentation to reduce inhibition. The Advantages and disadvantages and the research challenge of the techniques mentioned above were also introduced. The development of extracting butanol from fermentation was prospected.
