胶液浓度对玻璃布浸润性能的探索性研究

摘要 采用烘箱加热法,制备氰酸酯树脂(CE)/纳米二氧化硅(nano-Si O2)复合材料胶液,通过对E-玻璃布实施浸润,讨论了胶液浓度对粘结片的含胶量、吸水率和可溶分含量的影响。结果表明,可控制胶液浓度到60%理想状态,但粘结片吸水率和可溶分含量偏高,应进一步改变工艺条件降低粘结片的吸水率和可溶分含量。 The glue of cyanate ester resins ( CE )/nano-SiO2 composites were prepared by using oven heating method. The influences of glue concentration on the glue content of bonding sheet, the water content of bonding sheet and the dissolved content of bonding sheet were investigated through glue infiltrating into E-glass cloth. The results showed that the 60% ideal state of glue concentration could was controlled, but the water content and the dissolved content of bonding sheet must were reduced by further changing process conditions.
