应用LSC-500螯合树脂精制癸二酸的固定床分离研究

摘要 为了探究LSC-500螯合树脂在固定床分离实验中对清洁工艺生产的癸二酸裂解中和液铁离子的去除效果,分别考察了不同初始上样浓度、流速及固定床层高度等因素对固定床分离过程中的影响规律。结果表明:当初始上样浓度为40 mg/L、流速为10 BV/h、固定床填料高度为1.8 cm时,固定床的传质阻力最小,床层的饱和吸附量最大且吸附率最大,树脂的吸附效果最优。同时,在最佳条件下对癸二酸单钠盐中和液进行了处理,最终制得的癸二酸成品,其铁含量由最初的100~300μg/g降低到10μg/g以下。 The LSC-500 chelating resin for removing Fe (Ⅲ) of the sodium sebacic solution was analyzed in this research. Experiments were carried out in fixed-bed column to test the influence of various parameters such as feed concentration, flow rate and bed height on breakthrough and saturation time, which increased with the decrease of flow rate and the increase of the bed depth. The saturate absorption capacity of iron was 32. 45 mg/g. As a result, the optimum condition of feed concentration, flow rate and bed height on the fixed-bed were 40 mg/L, 10 BV/h, 1. 8 cm, respectively. On the basis of the results, the sodium sebacic solution by catalytic cracking of castor oil was studied on this condition. It was showed that the iron content varied from 100~300 μg/g of the inlet content to under the 10 μg/g of the outlet content.
