摘要
针对炼油回用污水的特点,通过静态阻垢、旋转挂片和动态模拟试验成功开发出新一代环境友好缓蚀阻垢剂ZH476BKM,该药剂具有低磷环保、耐氯的特点,并成功应用于炼油污水回用循环水系统,取得了较为理想的缓蚀阻垢效果,通过详细的实验数据对其性能进行了阐述。
According to the characteristics of the refining recycling sewage, by static anti-scaling, rotation and dynamic simulation test, ZH476BKM, a new generation of environmentally friendly corrosion scale inhibitor, was successfully developed. The drug had the characteristics of low phosphorus environment protection, resistance to chlorine, and was successfully applied in refinery wastewater recycling circulating water system. Obtained the ideal effect of scale and corrosion inhibitor, through detailed experimental data, its performance was expounded.
