摘要
陆稻品种中蕴含了大量的抗旱遗传资源,对其进行抗旱性研究有利于这些优良种质资源的有效利用。本研究分别对40个水稻(敏旱群体)与40个陆稻(抗旱群体)间的5个抗旱性鉴定相关指标进行检测。结果表明,水、陆稻群体间相对幼芽粗度、相对幼根长度和相对幼根粗度均存在极显著差异,可以作为陆稻芽期抗旱性鉴定的指标。利用以上3个芽期抗旱性鉴定指标,对云南省80个陆稻品种进行抗旱性综合评价,结果表明,高、中抗旱性品种占到所检测品种的61.25%,为未来品种改良、节水农业的发展提供了数据支持。
A lot of drought resistance genetic resources is accumulated in different Upland rice varieties,research on the drought resistance excellent is conducive to the effective utilization of germplasm resources. This study tested five relevant drought resistance identification of indicators between paddy rice( non drought resistance group) and upland rice( drought resistance group) in 40 varieties,respectively. The results of study on drought resistance of Yunnan upland rice varieties during germinating stage showed that relative germ roughness、relative radicle length and relative radicle roughness could be used as indexes of assessing the drought resistance at germinating stage of upland rice.Drought resistance of 80 Yunnan upland rice varieties were assessed by drought resistant membership function value calculated form relative germ roughness、relative radicle length and relative radicle roughness. The results show that the highly and moderately resistant varieties accounted for 61. 25% of all varieties. Which provides data support for the breed improvement and water- saving agriculture developing in future.
