3种改良剂对氮镉互作下小白菜产量和品质的影响 被引量:4

Effects of 3 Soil Conditioners on Yield and Quality of Chinese Cabbage in Interaction of Nitrogen Nutrition and Cadmium Contamination Soil

摘要 本研究采用湖北省具有代表性的潮土进行连续两季盆栽试验,研究了3种改良剂(有机肥、双氰胺、石灰)在氮(0.2 g/kg土)镉(2.0 mg/kg土)交互作用下对小白菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明,施有机肥(20 g/5kg土)显著提高了小白菜Vc、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖的含量,显著降低了小白菜体内镉与硝酸盐的积累;施用双氰胺(0.2144 g/5kg土)显著(P<0.05)提高了小白菜的鲜重、Vc、可溶性蛋白的含量,显著(P<0.05)降低了小白菜体内镉与硝酸盐的积累;施用石灰(20 g/5kg土)显著(P<0.05)提高了小白菜的Vc、可溶性蛋白的含量,在第一季中显著(P<0.05)降低了小白菜硝酸盐的积累,但是在第二季与对照相比差异不显著(P<0.05),且连续两季盆栽试验,施用石灰对小白菜体内镉的累积量均未能显著(P<0.05)降低。因此,在试验范围内施用有机肥和双氰胺在提高小白菜产量以及品质方面均具有良好的作用。 Continuous cropping pot experiments with alluvial soil were coducted to investigate the effects of 3 soil conditioners( organic fertilizer,dicyandiamide and liming) on the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage under interaction of nitrogen nutrition( N 0. 2 g·kg- 1soil) and cadmium contamination( Cd 2. 0 mg·kg- 1soil. The results showed the application of organic fertilizer( 20 g /5kg soil) significantly increased the content of Chinese cabbage Vc,soluble protein and soluble sugar and decreased significantly the accumulation of Pakchoi cadmium and nitrate. The application of Dicyandiamide( 0. 2144 g /5kg soil) significantly( P〈0. 05) increased the fresh weight,Vc content,soluble protein of Chinese cabbage and significantly( P〈0. 05) reduced the accumulation of cadmium and nitrate in Chinese cabbage; The application of lime( 20 g /5kg soil) significantly( P〈0. 05) increased the content of Chinese cabbage Vc and soluble protein and significantly reduced( P〈0. 05) the accumulation of its nitrate in the first season,but in the second quarter compared with the control group,there was a significant difference( P〈0. 05),and for two consecutive quarter of pot experiments,the accumulation of cadmium in Chinese cabbage were not significantly decreased( P〈0. 05). These results obtained in this study with organic manure and dicyandiamide were conducive for the improvement of yield and quality of Chinese cabbage.
