摘要
以云烟85为材料进行室内土培试验,设置不同的施钾水平,研究烤烟在各生育阶段不同器官的磷积累和分配状况,探讨施钾量对云烟85磷积累与分配的影响。结果表明,增加施钾量提高了各生长时期磷的积累,有利于烤烟的营养吸收。烟叶中磷的累积量占整株植物磷积累量的主要部分,总体上磷分配率表现为:叶>茎>根。施钾量对叶部磷积累量的影响整体呈现先上升后下降的趋势,在成熟期,中部叶磷积累量明显高于上部叶和下部叶,在CK处理下尤为突出,该时期磷积累量随施钾量的增加而降低。在上部叶成熟期,K90处理下的根部磷积累达到最大值,而施钾量过高不利于茎部磷的吸收积累。
Taken Yunyan 85 as tested materials,the indoor soil culture experiments by different K levels were carried out to study the phosphorus accumulation and distributions in different organs of flue-cured tobacco in different growth stages,meanwhile the effects of amount of K application on the phosphorus accumulation and distribution of Yunyan 85 were studied. The results showed that by increasing amount of K,the phosphorus accumulations in the growth periods were increased,which was favorite in nutrient absorption of flue-cured tobacco. Phosphorus accumulation quantity of tobacco leaf was the main part of the whole plant,and whole phosphorus distribution ratio was in order of leaf stem root. Effects of K quantity on phosphorus accumulation of leaf presented the downward trend after rising first,in the mature period,the phosphorus accumulations of the central leaves were significantly higher than that of the upper leaves and lower leaves,especially under CK treatment,the phosphorus accumulation in this period decreased with the increase of the amount of K application. In the mature period of the upper leaves,the phosphorus accumulation of roots by K90 treatment reached maximum,and the more amount of K application was not conducive to the absorption of phosphorus accumulation of stem.
