摘要
直升机地面运行时存在压力、毒性、振动、噪声、辐射、着火、爆炸、电气等危险,从事直升机维护保障的作业人员需要长期面临这些职业健康安全危险。目前,国内直升机安全性分析工作并未形成系统的职业健康安全分析方案。分析了OHSAS(Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series)核心内容和直升机维护保障作业,提出了一种应用于直升机研制过程的职业健康安全分析流程:辨识维护保障过程中的危险源,分析风险并判断是否可接受,规划研制阶段的风险控制措施。最后,以某民机气象雷达为例阐明了职业健康安全分析流程。将职业健康安全管理的思想应用于直升机维护保障作业,提出了具体的分析流程,可以帮助减少或降低作业人员的职业健康安全风险。
Such hazards as pressure, toxicity, vibration, noise, radiation, fire, explosion and electricity existed in the operation of a helicopter. Those operators in the helicopter maintenance and support had to contact these hazards in their career. However, systematic occupational health and safety analysis process did not be given out in the helicopter safety analysis in China. Based on the research of OHSAS ( Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) and actual helicopter maintenance & support, an occupational health and safety analysis process during the helicopter research and development was established from three steps: hazards identification, risk analysis, control action. At last, a specific example, the maintenance & support of certain civil helicopter meteorological radar, was used to explain the analysis process. In this paper, occupational health and safety management was used in helicopter maintenance & support. The specific analysis process could help to decrease the occupational health and safety risk of those operators.
